Movement brings us together, too.

The @sigararo wellness arm brings training, community and social life into a single gathering. Its first published experiences took place at Caza Raro, with yoga, ice baths and combat-style functional training, and it opened Mixed by Mixed BH’s Red Weekend with a Lapa Team class.
