How it works

Four steps

  1. Request

    Tell us the occasion, the date, the preferred venue and the size of the group through the form.

  2. Conversation

    Our events team replies using the contact details you gave, to understand the format.

  3. Proposal

    Venue, production, set design, bar and AV brought together in a tailor-made proposal.

  4. Production

    Once the proposal is approved, the RARO team produces. You welcome your guests.

Questions

Before you ask

How much does it cost?

There is no public price list. Every event gets a tailor-made proposal based on date, venue, format and number of guests.

How many people fit?

It depends on the venue and the format. Venue capacities have not been published yet (each technical sheet on the Venues page says “not published”) and are part of the proposal; we don’t publish generic figures.

Which venues host private events?

RARO Life Preá does tailor-made events: pre-weddings, birthdays, groups and companies. For JARDIM, Caza Raro and RARO CLUB, ask about availability.

Do you produce at other locations?

Tell us in your request where you picture the event. The team looks at each case.

How far ahead should I ask?

There is no published minimum. The sooner your request arrives, the more dates are open.

Where are the venues?

JARDIM is in Jardim Canadá, Nova Lima. Caza Raro is in Vale do Sereno, also in Nova Lima. RARO Life Preá is on Praia do Preá, in Ceará. RARO CLUB’s address is not published.
